We want you to love your DIY gel manicure; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify that your beauty products are unopened, unused, and in their original shrink-wrap packaging to comply with health and hygiene standards.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and ship them back to us using a tracked postal service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
